Your casting profile — including your name, photos, physical characteristics, skills, location, and casting score — is visible to casting directors and production teams using the platform. This visibility is core to how the Service works. You can control what information appears on your profile through your profile settings.
We use AI-powered tools to: analyze headshot photos for casting suitability; calculate casting scores based on profile completeness and market fit; match profiles with casting opportunities; and generate personalized activity feeds. These automated processes help improve your visibility and matching accuracy.
We share your profile information with casting directors and production teams as part of the matching and submission process — this is the core function of the Service.
We also share information with: payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions; email service providers (Resend) to deliver notifications; hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
