By accessing or using Casting Companion (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Casting Companion is an online platform that connects casting professionals with talent through AI-powered matching, profile scoring, and submission management. We provide tools for talent to create casting profiles and for casting directors to search, filter, and manage talent for productions.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including photos, profile information, and other materials. By submitting content, you grant Casting Companion a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Service.
Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed at the time of purchase. We offer a money-back guarantee as described on our checkout page. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Casting Companion provides tools and matching services to increase your visibility to casting professionals. We do not guarantee casting placement, callbacks, auditions, or employment. Results vary based on profile completeness, market demand, and production needs.
The Service, including its design, logos, software, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Casting Companion and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casting Companion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
